Another year and we were back meeting up with old friends and of course meeting new ones at the London Competition for Traditional Tai Chi 2026.
We start off below with a quick overview of the day from our Instagram post.
Master Yazi Liu was asked to help referee the moving push hands events besides judging in the intermediate Zhao Bao Style category for hand form.
Besides the entries for the hand form, we had students enter the fixed step push hands for the first time. This year they were all in separate weight categories (so more medals to be contended for us). All in all it was a good experience and some have now got the competition bug!
So we present to you the day in videos and photos. Many thanks again to the Wu’s Tai Chi Chuan Academy for organising the event.
